Located on the west side, this cylindrical tower with base was built between 1832 and 1836 with granite from the island.
Its 4 white lights can reach 23 miles in 25 seconds.
Since 1995 it has been automated. 44 m high and 68 m above sea level it offers, after having climbing up the 198 steps, an extraordinary panoramic view on the whole island and coast.
Open in June and September from 14h to 17h (confirm in advance) – Closed on Wednesdays.
Open from 1st July to 31st August: from 13h to 17h30 every day.
